Payment and cancellation terms

• The registration ticket is $100 (1,000 MAD) per person, all taxes included. Payment is processed in MAD.
• Payment by bank transfer, cash or online (subject to availability).
• Cancellation up to 30 days before the event: 80% refund.
• Cancellation between 15 and 29 days: 50% refund.
• Cancellation less than 15 days before: no refund.
• Transfer to a third party allowed up to 7 days before the event.

Force majeure

In the event of cancellation due to force majeure (pandemic, natural disaster, government decision), the event may be postponed. Tickets remain valid.

Disputes

Any dispute shall fall exclusively under the jurisdiction of Moroccan courts.
